We want every homeowner who reaches Hairapothecaryco Septic to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they answer.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Hairapothecaryco Septic cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Steps to File

Email contact@hairapothecaryco.bar and include:

1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Send It

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Satisfied?

If you are unhappy with our reply, answer the email and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
